All orders will be sent out via tracked shipping only. We provide complimentary shipping for orders more than $70 ($100 during sale period), otherwise a fixed rate of $5 will apply. While we cant make promises on behalf of the courier company, customers generally receive their orders within 3 days after we have shipped them out. If you require expedited shipping, kindly inform us in advance (do note that additional cost may be incurred).

Kindly check that you provide us with your full address and contact. In the event that there is an incomplete/incorrect address and contact, we will not be liable for shipping loss. Should your order be returned to us in any circumstances, there will be a charge of $5 for redelivery.

If you are combining instock and preorder items, the order will only be sent out when all items have arrived. Additional charges will apply if you opt for separate shipping.

Please note that orders will only be confirmed upon receiving payment. We are sorry that we are unable to hold your order prior to payment.

Payment details have been included in your invoice. We kindly request that you make payment within 48 hours of placing your order. If payment is not made after 48 hours, your order will be automatically cancelled. We will send a confirmation message to you after your payment has been verified. In general, we aim to process your orders within 2-3 working days after we verify your payment.

Wonder why we do not provide card payment options? By omitting card payments, we are able to avoid the commission charge that comes with each transaction. That small saving then gets translated into lower cost for you, our dear customers, which is what we envision for our shop - to sell at pocket-friendly prices.

We try our best to reuse packaging that were sent to us, hence you may find yourself receiving less than perfect boxes. It may not look instaworthy from the outside, but we check and pack every orders with love and care!

However, we understand that your purchase may be a gift for a loved one. Do let us know upon check out if you require a brand new box - we'll have it packed as you wish. Need further personalisation for your gift? Let us know as well! We can add in a handwritten note along with your order too :)
